Josefov is the pocket of Prague's Old Town around the synagogues, the historic Jewish quarter. The city's kosher dining concentrates here: King Solomon Restaurant and Dinitz sit yards from the Old-New Synagogue, serving kosher Czech-Jewish and international cooking respectively. It is a small quarter with a very specific and singular food role.
