- Lunch at Restauracja Wrocławska. Rolada śląska with kluski śląskie and modra kapusta, the canonical Silesian Sunday plate at the city's most reliable room.
- Evening
- Dinner at BABA on Nożownicza, 19:30. The 2025 Michelin Bib Gourmand Beata Śniechowska room. Order the chef's selection and a glass of Lower Silesian Riesling.

- Charlotte on Antoniego at 08:30. Almond croissant, long black, and a second pastry for the walk.

- Lunch at Lwia Brama on Cathedral Island, 13:00. Venison pierogi to start, grilled duck breast with red cabbage to follow, in the medieval cellar.
- Evening
- Browar Stu Mostów taproom in Karłowice from 19:00. A flight comparing the WRCLW IPA, SALAMANDER lager and a seasonal pastry sour. Walk-in friendly.
Wrocław on a budget: milk bars, breweries, two days ★ 4.4
Two days of Polish milk bars, zapiekanki, brewery pints and the city's cheapest pierogi. Aim under 250 zł per person per day, including drinks. The Wrocław locals' weekend.

- Evening
- Browar Stu Mostów taproom from 18:00. WRCLW IPA, a beer flight, and the brewery's kitchen plates. Around 80 zł a head.

- Morning
- Bułka z Masłem on Włodkowica at 09:30, just after Sunday doors open. Polish breakfast plate and filter coffee, around 45 zł.
- Afternoon
- Lunch at Bar Mleczny Różowa Krowa on Świdnicka, 12:30. Pork ribs with kapusta or a daily set, kompot. Under 30 zł total. One of the few milk bars open on a Sunday.
- Evening
- Late dinner at Zapiekarnik on Ruska, 20:00. Mushroom-and-cheese zapiekanka with garlic sauce, around 18 zł. Walk it home.
Wroclaw Market Square day: dwarves, pierogi, beer ★ 4.5
A first-day Rynek walking food day through the Old Town and over to the Cathedral Island.

- Lunch and a beer at Restauracja Wrocławska at 13:00 on the Market Square, then walk across the Tumski bridge to Cathedral Island.
- Evening
- Dinner at Bernard Brewery for the German-Czech beer list and Silesian schnitzel, finishing with a late zapiekanka from one of the Pasaż Niepolda windows.
