Festiwal Kulinarny Delicje fills Wrocław's Rynek for three June days with cooking demos, workshops, expert talks and the Delicja of the Year contest.
Order: Whichever Polish coffee-roaster pour-over is on, paired with the locally-baked breads from the bakery stalls.

Festiwal Pasibrzucha is Wrocław's largest free food and culture festival, set at the Partynice Horse Racing Track. Over 60 food trucks serving cuisines.
Order: The Lower Silesian smoked-meat truck if it returns; the line moves quickly.
Tip: Free shuttle bus from central Wrocław Sat-Sun; the racetrack is a 15-minute tram otherwise.
Wrocław Feta Festival hosts hundreds of selected products from Lower Silesian and Polish producers: cheeses, wines, beers and artisanal goods.
Order: Lower Silesian Riesling with a tasting board of three regional cheeses.
Tip: The cheese tastings run by appointment only on the official festival board.
