RestaurantWeek autumn edition runs across 49+ Wrocław restaurants for six weeks: three-course tasting menus at a fixed price, the easiest route into the city's top kitchens.
Order: Check the official RestaurantWeek line-up the week of release and book the participating Michelin-recognised rooms first.
Tip: Reservations open three weeks ahead. Friday and Saturday sittings burn within hours.
Beer Geek Madness is the annual craft-beer festival organised by Browar Stu Mostów since 2014. Held at Wrocław's former tram depot Czasoprzestrzeń, over 50 breweries, 2,500 attendees.
Order: A 100ml flight pass; works out cheaper than the per-glass pours.
Tip: Saturday afternoon is the prime slot; Friday evening sees the biggest international brewers.
Wrocław's Christmas Market on the Rynek runs from November 21 through January 7: 150+ wooden chalets, a 24-meter Christmas tree, mulled wine, pierogi, Polish honey cakes.
Order: Grzaniec (mulled wine) and oscypek z żurawiną (grilled sheep cheese with cranberry).
Tip: Closed December 24-25 and January 1. New Year's Eve catering booths stay open to 02:00.
Gastro Miasto sets up nearly 100 vendors on Wrocław's Bulwar Xawerego Dunikowskiego promenade each summer. Restaurants, food trucks, wineries, breweries, live music. Free entry.
Order: Whichever taco stand the queue is longest at, plus a Browar Stu Mostów IPA.
Tip: Friday evening is busiest. Sunday afternoon is the family-friendly version with the kids' zone open.
