Running since 1979, Artsplosure is Raleigh's premier outdoor arts festival, held on Fayetteville Street each May. While primarily an arts event, the food truck component attracts dozens of vendors and the festival's scale (40,000-plus visitors over two days) makes it one of the city's most significant food gatherings of the spring season.
