On Fat Thursday Warsaw queues for paczki from before dawn. Pracownia Cukiernicza Zagozdzinski on Gorczewska draws the longest line, frying hand wrapped marmolada doughnuts to a recipe 101 years old.
TipZagozdzinski opens at 09:00 and sells until the last paczek. People start queueing at 04:30, so pick a second bakery as backup.
