Hala Koszyki on Koszykowa in Warsaw reopened in 2016 after lengthy restoration of the 1909 market hall. Eighteen restaurant concepts (Sobremesa, Port Royal, Zachodni Brzeg, Cma) and eleven grocery shops around a central Long Bar.

Hala Mirowska on Plac Mirowski in Warsaw is the surviving Mier Hall of 1901, a brick market that fed the city until the 1944 Uprising and resumed in the 1950s. Stalls of country-jarred mushrooms and pre-dawn flower vans.

Food Hall Browary in Warsaw's Wola district opened inside the brick beer cellars of the old Browary Warszawskie brewery complex. Fourteen contemporary concepts, including Tuk Tuk Thai and Octo pasta-and-pizza.

Bazar Rozyckiego on Targowa in Praga is Warsaw's oldest surviving working-class market, founded 1901. The flea market sells everything from clothing to records, and a couple of food stalls keep pyzy and flaki going.

Hala Gwardii in Warsaw is Hala Mirowska's twin hall, reopened as a street-food market and weekend events space. Friday and Saturday nights run craft beer, vermouth, and a rotating roster of food trucks under the brick arches.
