Tucson Rodeo La Fiesta de los Vaqueros in February is the nine-day Western rodeo (since 1925), with Sonoran food vendors, mariachi and the Rodeo Parade.

Brunswick Music Festival returns from 28 February to 7 March 2027 in Merri-bek, Melbourne, a week of live music and community celebration; the organiser names no food programme.

The Iditarod Trail Sled Dog Race ceremonial start kicks off in downtown Anchorage in early March, with reindeer sausage carts working the 4th Avenue crowd.

Manayunk StrEAT Food Festival in Philadelphia is the April Main Street block party in Manayunk, with 70-plus food trucks and the hillside Schuylkill.

NC's largest craft beer festival takes over Fayetteville Street in late April, billed as the largest single-state beer festival in the US: up to 80 NC breweries, 45 food trucks, free Saturday entry, $45 Friday tasting.

The Breakfast Market runs almost every weekend from April into autumn, Saturdays at Skwer Smiala on Zoliborz and Sundays at Skwer AK Granat on Mokotow, with breakfasts and food from small local makers.
