Casavant, on Rue de Castelnau Est in Villeray, is a Michelin Bib Gourmand bistro where chef Charles-Tristan Prevost, formerly of Le Club Chasse et Peche, sources produce from the nearby Jean-Talon Market. Michelin calls its sausage and mash a mainstay of the menu, and the evening menu adds beef tartare and smoked mackerel.
