No coffee roastery operating inside Córdoba city could be verified. Tueste Specialty Coffee (Calle Deanes 12) does write "Tostamos en Córdoba" and "Tostado semanal en Córdoba" on its own site, but the same page draws the contrast itself: "Tostamos en Córdoba, la repostería se hace aquí", putting the pastry at Deanes and the roasting elsewhere, and it credits "Café Sin Intermediarios, un aliado" as the roasting partner. Café Sin Intermediarios is a micro-roastery at Avenida Marcos Redondo 2, Pozoblanco, in Córdoba province, not in the city. No independent source documents a roasting operation under the Tueste name at any address, and the national specialty-roaster guides list no Córdoba roaster at all. The Coffee Club states only that its coffee is roasted somewhere in Andalusia, which is a region rather than a city address. The candidates that dominate Spanish-language search for Cordoba roasters (ES Tostadores, Cherry Season, Shiok) are all in Cordoba, Argentina, and so are the specialty-coffee listicles that search returns first. Listing a cafe as a roaster on a contract-roasting self-description would be false. Re-check Tueste if it ever publishes a roaster on the premises.
