Ghewar is a disc-shaped Rajasthani sweet with a honeycomb texture, made from ghee, flour and sugar syrup. Condé Nast Traveller India's contributors buy it for the Gangaur and Teej processions, and Travel + Leisure Asia says ghevar is available at almost all top sweet shops in Jaipur.
