    Pisco sour close at Ayahuasca in Barranco; the gran salon room of the 1895 Berninzon mansion stays open till 02:00.

Coffee-focused, one day1 day

A one-day Lima coffee trail through the city's third-wave roasters: Neira Cafe Lab, Origen Tostadores, The Coffee Road, Tostaduria Bisetti.

  1. Day 1: Day 1: Miraflores morning, San Isidro late morning, Barranco close

    Morning
    Open at Neira Cafe Lab in Miraflores from 08:00. Single-origin Peruvian pours (Jaen, Cajamarca, Cusco), the V60 by Daniel Neira at the lab counter. The cup-tasting flight is the order; pair with a chocolate pastry.
    Afternoon
    Walk to Origen Tostadores in Miraflores for late morning. Origen roasts on site and rotates a Peruvian-grown menu by harvest; the espresso bar is the social spot. Pick up beans for home from the shelves behind the bar.
    Evening
    Drive to The Coffee Road in San Isidro for an afternoon flat white; the cafe doubles as a roastery tour by appointment. Close at Tostaduria Bisetti on Av Pedro de Osma in Barranco for an evening espresso under the Belle Epoque ceiling.

    Pasteleria San Antonio in Miraflores from 17:00 for evening pastries and Peruvian-style sandwiches: butifarra, sangucheria board, Tres leches cake. The room runs till 22:00 and is a Lima family-business institution since 1957.
