Las Setas is the quarter around the Metropol Parasol, the mushroom canopy north of Seville's centro. La Cacharreria runs the cafe trade, the Mercado de la Encarnacion works underneath the structure itself, and a modern food crawl has grown up around both. It is new Seville eating stacked on top of old Seville shopping.
