Under the supervision of Rabbi Yoel Kaplan of Chabad Thessaloniki, the buffet covers meat and vegetarian dishes. Open March to October, Sunday to Thursday only. Reservations advised.

Tarantula veganises Greek classics: moussaka without the bechamel, soutzoukakia with lentil and walnut, and a pastitsio built from mushroom ragu. One of the few vegan restaurants that successfully addresses the Thessaloniki palate rather than running an international menu.
