Food Festivals in Ho Chi Minh City

The Vietnam Banh Mi Festival gathers dozens of banh mi and coffee vendors at Le Van Tam Park each April, celebrating the sandwich that carries Vietnam's name with tastings, contests and workshops.

For the Mid-Autumn Festival, District 5's Luong Nhu Hoc lantern street and stalls across the city fill with baked and sticky mooncakes in sweet and savoury flavours, lion dances and lantern parades.

Held each summer at Suoi Tien Theme Park, the Southern Fruit Festival is a months-long celebration of the delta's harvest, with carved-fruit displays, fruit markets and tastings of durian, mangosteen and rambutan.
