    Sunset cocktails at Sky Sunset, the rooftop of the Hotel Salou Sunset, from 19:00, then dinner at Carbònic on Carrer Major, where the kitchen grills over holm-oak charcoal until 22:30 on Saturdays.

    Brunch at Sama Sama Veggie on Carrer d'Aragó, open 09:00 to 15:00 on Sundays: vegan pancakes and fresh smoothies.

    Drive west to Cambrils for lunch at Can Bosch near the harbour, cooking since 1969 with a Michelin star; book ahead and confirm by phone, as the restaurant asks.
    Evening
    Back in Salou, Panorama Nikkei Bar on Carrer de Brussel·les serves Sunday dinner from 19:00: corvina ceviche, oysters three ways and Balfegó tuna tacos.
