Tip: The traditional cream tíbia is the canonical version, but the hazelnut praline and cappuccino fills are the house's modern additions. Try one of each at the counter with a bica.

The first Manteigaria factory in Minho, opened August 2024 on Avenida da Liberdade. The full bakery is visible behind a glass wall: shaping, filling, the salamander, the cinnamon dusting. A terrace pairs the natas with bica, Porto wine or ginja.

Tip: Stand at the glass wall and time your order to when the tray comes out of the oven. Take a nata still warm to the terrace rather than the box for takeaway.
