    Walk to Užupis. Drinks at Špunka on Užupio 9-1 for a small-brewery flight. Dinner at Užupio Kavinė on Užupio 2 with riverbank seats; finish with a glass of trauktinė.

    Evening

    Afternoon
    Late lunch on Stiklių; pause back at the hotel before the Užupis tasting evening. Sweet Root's only seating is dinner, so the daytime stays light.
    Evening
    Dinner at Sweet Root in Užupis on Užupio 22-1 at 19:00. Twelve-seat tasting room; the wine pairing leans biodynamic and Baltic.
  2. Day 2: Day two: Old Town strolls, Demo dinner in Naujamiestis

    Morning
    Brunch at Telegrafas at the Grand Hotel Kempinski on Universiteto 14 at 12:30. Order the modern European brunch with Cathedral views.
    Afternoon
    Walk down Pilies to the Gates of Dawn. Coffee tasting flight at Crooked Nose Coffee Stories on Šaltinių 20-17. The cupping room runs Saturdays.

  1. Day 1: Užupis full day

    Morning
    Start at Coffee1 on Užupio 9 at 09:00 with a flat white. Walk to the Užupis Angel; read the Constitution wall in 60-plus languages.
    Afternoon
    Lunch at Užupio Kavinė on Užupio 2 with riverbank seats. Walk the lanes north toward Bernardinai Gardens, then back along the Vilnia.
    Evening
    Drinks at Špunka on Užupio 9-1 with a craft beer flight. Late dinner at Sweet Root on Užupio 22-1, or simpler at Amandus next door.
