- Evening

Day 2: Day 2: Soave castle and the Garganega whites
- Morning
- ATV bus 130 to Soave at 09:30 (22 km, 30 minutes). Visit Pieropan and Inama cellars by appointment; Garganega tasting flight at Inama plus the Soave Castle visit.
- Afternoon
- Lunch at a Soave-village trattoria with white-wine pairings. Return to Verona for an aperitivo on Piazza delle Erbe at Caffe Filippini.
- Evening
