Aarhus's original microbrewery in a medieval vaulted cellar beneath the Latin Quarter. Open since 1990, it was the first modern brewpub in Denmark. The house Clement Pilsner is brewed on-site and poured alongside a seasonal rotation of stout, porter and pale ale.
