- Lunch at Columbia: 1905 Salad tableside, Spanish bean soup, Cuban sandwich. Then Riverwalk by Uber to Armature Works in Tampa Heights. Coffee at Buddy Brew at Heights Public Market.
- Evening
- Dinner at Bern's Steak House on South Howard in Hyde Park. Dry-aged Delmonico, French onion soup, kitchen tour, dessert room upstairs. Cab or rideshare back to the hotel.
