The Anchorage Folk Festival is an eleven-day January festival of free public folk music, workshops and jam sessions; the 38th edition runs 21 to 31 January 2027 at the Anchorage Museum.

Fur Rondy is Anchorage's eleven-day winter festival, 25 February to 7 March 2027, with sled dog racing, the Grand Parade, the Running of the Reindeer and a Rondy Brew IPA made for the festival.
