Zoliborz is the inter-war garden suburb north of Warsaw's centre. Plac Wilsona does market mornings, the cafes carry the district's old intelligentsia character, and the quieter end of the city's modern Polish cooking has settled in. It rewards a slow Saturday more than a big night.
