The Garage is the local-favorite 24-hour gay sports bar one block east of Maryland Parkway, with pool tables, shuffleboard, V8 Grill snacks and never a cover charge.

Fun Hog Ranch is the long-running leather and cruise gay bar on Twain Avenue, with rustic exposed-wood booths, daily drink specials and a friendly older crowd around the clock.
Tip: Open 24 hours every day. Quieter weekday afternoons are when regulars settle in for cheap pours and easy chat.
Flex Cocktail Lounge has run as an LGBTQ-owned 24-hour bar on Twain Avenue for more than 20 years, with pool tables, drag nights, karaoke, a heated patio and an Eats kitchen.

Double Down Saloon on Paradise Road has been the punk and psychobilly hub of Las Vegas since 1992, with graffiti walls, the Ass Juice house pour and 24-hour Shut Up and Drink hours.
