Grzegórzki, east of Kraków's Old Town, is organised around Hala Targowa and its Sunday market, where the grilled-sausage cart is a city institution in its own right. East of the Planty a slow build of new-wave bistros is filling in the blocks. It is the market-morning neighbourhood, best before noon.
