Schwarze Traube opened in 2012 on Wrangelstrasse with no menu and no obvious sign; bartenders Atalay Aktas and Yalcin Celik build daily-changing drinks from Markthalle Neun produce for 18 seats.

Wuergeengel near Kottbusser Tor occupies a former pharmacy with a glass-tiled ceiling and apothecary shelves; the bar runs classic-cocktail service alongside new house recipes and a small wine list.
