Sarajevo's bakery listings run from burek houses to sweet shops. Buregdzinica Sac, on Mali Bravadziluk, is named after the metal sac lid its pies bake under, and the Sarajevo tourism board calls Buregdzinica Bosna the most popular burek house in Bascarsija. For something sweet, Slasticarna Ramis on Saraci is called the oldest sweet shop of its kind in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
