The flagship annual Santa Barbara County wine event, now in its 42nd year, bringing together over 70 wineries alongside regional restaurant food pairings, live music, and educational programming. In 2026 the festival debuted a new location at Folded Hills polo ranch in Gaviota.

El Mercado De La Guerra is the food and craft market of Santa Barbara's Old Spanish Days Fiesta, open 11 AM to 10 PM from Wednesday to Saturday of Fiesta week, 5 to 9 August 2026.
