Huntridge Tavern is the 24-hour old-school dive in the historic Huntridge District, with heavy pours, video poker, Tuesday karaoke and a Larsh Kellogg ownership going back to 2004.

Tip: Anthony Bourdain filmed Parts Unknown here and called it the side of Vegas he liked. Tuesday karaoke is the room's tradition.

Tip: Walk past the lava-rock waterfall entrance to find the Pirate's Lair and Mermaid Cove rooms. Reservations recommended on weekends.

Tip: Buy tickets through the Wynn nightlife app before midnight to skip the queue. The pool deck opens around 23:30 once the indoor floor fills.

Hakkasan in Las Vegas runs five floors inside MGM Grand with a main room for arena-scale EDM and the Ling Ling lounge upstairs for hip-hop and bottle service tables.

Tip: Wednesday through Sunday from 22:30. Ling Ling Lounge on the third level often clears the line faster than the main room queue.
