Elmacı Pazarı is the biggest food market in Gaziantep, a spice and nut bazaar named for the apple trade that once filled these lanes off Karatarla.

Go for: Spices, Nuts, Dried fruit, Herbs

Tip: Come early. The nut sellers restock at dawn and the lanes are impassable by mid-morning.
