Fika Fika in Zhongshan and Simple Kaffa in Zhongzheng helped set the modern bar, while Rufous Coffee and Oasis Coffee Roasters keep Da'an thick with roasteries. Tea still has its place too, with Qingtian Tea House in Da'an a quieter counterpoint to the espresso bars.
