Taipei has grown into one of Asia's serious coffee cities, with a dense run of third-wave roasters alongside a longer tradition of tea houses. Fika Fika in Zhongshan and Simple Kaffa in Zhongzheng helped set the modern bar, while Rufous Coffee and Oasis Coffee Roasters keep Da'an thick with roasteries.
