- Fabrique Stenugnsbageri on Rörstrandsgatan at 09:00 for the cardamom bun. Walk to Sankt Eriksplan and the Vasaparken.
- Afternoon
- Ferry from Strömkajen to Djurgården. Lunch at Rosendals Trädgård (wood-fired sourdough, garden plates). Visit the Vasamuseet next door.
- Evening
- Dinner at Frantzén on Klara Norra Kyrkogata at 18:30 (book eight weeks ahead). The aperitif lounge, the open kitchen, the full tasting.

Day 2: Saturday: saluhall lunch, SoFo wine bar, Stureplan cocktail
- Morning
- Vete-Katten at 09:30 on Kungsgatan for a kanelbulle and a filter coffee. Walk south through Gamla Stan to Stortorget.
