  1. Day 1: Friday: pastry start, Djurgården museum lunch, three-star dinner

    Fabrique Stenugnsbageri on Rörstrandsgatan at 09:00 for the cardamom bun. Walk to Sankt Eriksplan and the Vasaparken.
    Afternoon
    Ferry from Strömkajen to Djurgården. Lunch at Rosendals Trädgård (wood-fired sourdough, garden plates). Visit the Vasamuseet next door.
    Evening
    Dinner at Frantzén on Klara Norra Kyrkogata at 18:30 (book eight weeks ahead). The aperitif lounge, the open kitchen, the full tasting.
  2. Day 2: Saturday: saluhall lunch, SoFo wine bar, Stureplan cocktail
