Bevo Mill is the heart of St. Louis's Bosnian community, the largest outside Bosnia itself. Gravois Avenue runs with cevapi, burek and Balkan grills, cooking that arrived in the 1990s and put down roots. It is one of America's most distinctive single-cuisine neighbourhoods.
