8 February to 9 March 2027
Ramadan runs 8 February to 9 March 2027. Ramadan is the ninth month of the Islamic calendar, when adult Muslims fast from dawn to sunset. Food is the centre of the evening: a predawn meal, suhur, and a nightly feast, iftar, that begins with dates and water and then follows local custom.
Also known as Ramazan, Ramadhan, Iftar season, Holy Month, Bulan Puasa.
