Sknipa, Standard Microbrewery of Thessaloniki is a brewery in Thessaloniki.
Sknipa is Thessaloniki's standard-bearer microbrewery, brewing on a 17th-km industrial site in Thermi just east of the airport. The own range covers lager, IPA, weiss, stout, and seasonal one-offs, all available at the brewery and across the better Thessaloniki taprooms. The Hellenic Association of Brewers lists Sknipa as an Open Brewery participant.
