Food Festivals in Providence

Providence Restaurant Weeks runs a fortnight in late January and February with 90-plus participating restaurants serving prix-fixe lunch and dinner.

The 35th annual Bowen's Wharf Seafood Festival is in Newport, about 34 miles south of Providence, on 17 and 18 October 2026, with lobster rolls, stuffies, chowder, clams and oysters.
