Jaialdi Basque Festival is a food festival in Boise.
Jaialdi is the largest Basque festival in the United States, held once every five years in Boise, drawing over 30,000 Basque-heritage visitors worldwide for dancing, handball, sheep-wagon exhibitions, and traditional Basque food at Expo Idaho and the Basque Block.
