Food Festivals in Albuquerque

Muertos y Marigolds is the South Valley's grassroots Día de los Muertos parade, in its 34th year in 2026, ending at the Westside Community Center with ofrendas, music and Mexican and New Mexican food vendors.

The Twinkle Light Parade lights up a mile of Central Avenue in Nob Hill on Saturday 5 December 2026 at 5:15 pm, free, with the street closed so diners can eat at Nob Hill restaurants.

Albuquerque Restaurant Week each spring is the citywide event with prix fixe menus at $33, $44, $66 and $77 at participating restaurants; the 2026 edition ran April 17 to 26.

Pueblo Revolt Day at the Indian Pueblo Cultural Center commemorates the Pueblo Revolt of 10 August 1680 with talks and family activities; its Indian Pueblo Kitchen restaurant serves Indigenous dishes.

The New Mexico State Fair at Expo New Mexico ran September 10 to 20 in 2026, with Navajo tacos, fry bread and green chile cheese curds among the foods named in its food guide.

Globalquerque, the world music and culture festival on Civic Plaza in downtown Albuquerque, is suspended: its organisers, Avokado Artists, held a free 20th edition on 20 September 2025 and announced no festival after it.

The Albuquerque Greek Festival, also called the Grecian Festival, at St George Greek Orthodox Church each October serves roast lamb, souvlaki, gyros, pastitsio and baklava, with church tours, bouzouki music and dancers.
