Shively is an industrial pocket five miles south-west of downtown Louisville, built around the historic Stitzel-Weller Distillery. The site now hosts the Bulleit Frontier Whiskey Experience, which makes the neighbourhood a bourbon pilgrimage more than a dining one. Tour first; the whiskey is the meal.
